Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 1, 2026

Welcome to SPF.Zone. By using our service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

SPF.Zone is a SaaS platform provided by Mooball Technologies (Queensland, Australia). We provide SPF record flattening services to help you manage DNS limitations.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Month-to-Month: The service is billed on a monthly subscription basis via Stripe.
  • No Lock-in: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will terminate.

3. Usage Requirements

  • Domain Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or have explicit authorized control over, any domain you register or manage within our system.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. No Warranty & Email Delivery

  • "As-Is" Basis: The service is provided "as-is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Email Delivery: SPF.Zone manages DNS records, but we have no control over how receiving mail servers interpret those records. We offer no warranty or guarantee regarding email deliverability. Successful delivery depends on numerous factors outside of our control (e.g., IP reputation, content filters, and third-party mail provider policies).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooball Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or lost profits) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the month preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the service is being used for spam, illegal activities, or in a way that risks the stability of our infrastructure.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
