While Mooball Technologies is based in Australia, our service infrastructure is hosted on Railway.app, with servers located in the United States. By using the service, you acknowledge that your account information and DNS data will be stored and processed in the USA.

We value your trust. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party organizations. Your information is only shared with our service providers (Stripe for payments and Railway for hosting) to the extent required to operate the service.

• Access & Deletion: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you or request its deletion. If you close your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems.
